Deep ruby red colour with purple tinges, clear and consistent in the glass. Sumptuous aroma, recalling cherries, mulberries, carobs and fine spices, enriched by balsamic notes and cinchona coming from the ageing in fine wood barrels.
FOOD PAIRING:
To accompany braised meat, wild game meat, meat sauces and aged cheeses.
