SENSORY ECALUATION:
Bright and luminous wine, straw yellow colour with golden tinges, and numerous and persistent bubbles giving it a fine perlage. Intense and complex aroma, with fragrant and fruity scents of fresh citrus fruit, reminding of orange blossom flowers and mineral notes.
FOOD PAIRING:
Excellent with appetizers of fish, or as an opening wine to accompany delicate seafood pasta and fine risotto.
